# Nurflow

> Nurflow LLC is a company registered with the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC No. 05490), based in Doha, Qatar, founded by Soufiene Melit. Tagline: “Bringing clarity to the flow.” It helps businesses move from reacting to planning: S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) coaching and sprints, business intelligence that gets used, and targeted AI automation. It draws on operational experience gained in Europe: eleven years in France on data and supply chain topics, with frequent work trips to Brussels, then more than three years in Switzerland as an S&OP manager. The founder is developing Nurflow in Qatar while continuing to support teams in Switzerland and France, in English or French. 14 years of experience in planning, supply chain and data.

Good to know: case studies are anonymised (no client names). Figures are labelled as measured (for example user acceptance testing on real e-mails) or estimated. Engagements are scoped case by case; there is no fixed package.
